This 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom detached villa can be found on the Llano Bonaire urbanisation, just outside of Domeño, in the heart of the Valencian countryside. Domeño is a small village that is home to some shops, a school and other services and can be found some 2km away. The popular and well known, bustling town of Llíria can be found some 10 minutes (7km) drive away and Valencia city centre, with its abundant attractions, is located just a 30 minutes (35km) drive away.

As we enter this property through the front door, we are immediately greeted by a small entrance hall, with the first double bedroom leading off to the right and the rest of the property to the left. Making our way through to the left, we find the living come dining room, complete with hot and cold air conditioning and a log burner and chimney. All the other three bedrooms lead off from this space, as well as the fitted kitchen, which has a back door that opens onto the rear terrace and pool area. Three of the four bedrooms in this main property are doubles and one of these has its own built in wardrobe. The smallest of the bedrooms has room for a single bed or for bunk beds, as the current owners have and also has a built-in wardrobe. Outside and to the front of the main property, we have the front, covered terrace which provides a wonderful space to look out and enjoy the property´s beautifully kept garden. A long driveway from the gated entrance provides secured, off road parking for several cars and a car port at the property´s entrance gives a shaded area to park. The front garden is split into two parts; an expansive allotment to the left, full of crops that grow fantastically well in these warm climes and a grassed area to the right, that has been planted with pretty flowers and plants native to this Mediterranean region. To the rear of the property, we have the paellero outdoor cooking space and just behind here, the independent living space which comprises a large room, again fitted with hot and cold air conditioning, which could be used as a living room come bedroom and next to here, a good-sized bathroom, complete with shower cubicle, sink, vanity unit, toilet and bidet. There is plumbing in place in the separate living space for a kitchen to be installed, making this apartment complete self-contained, if required. Next to this space are two store rooms, one being used as a pantry and for storing larger electrical appliances and the other, which can be found under the pool, is currently used as a work shop. Taking the tiled steps up to the rear, covered terrace, we find this great space that is ideal for enjoying al fresco dining, overlooking the pool, during the warm summer months. Just behind here is the 7 x 5 metre swimming pool, whose cleaning and filtration kits are stored underneath, next to the store rooms. To the left of the pool and we have a separate, elevated outbuilding which provides yet further storage space.
