hoUSe is coming to Irwell Riverside in 2016, a new neighbourhood in the heart of the city. Riverside two & three storey family homes set within acres of landscaping, offering fantastic views, gardens & parking.

In the 1990s we helped kickstart the loft living revolution. Two decades on and times have changed. City loft living is still super cool, but we know the 'burbs and lovely terraced houses are calling to many of you. So here's our big idea: an awesome, new build, terraced house, in the city. Your house, how you want it, right where you want it. And because it's our house as well, we are making sure it's extra special.You'll get the front door, back door, garden, parking space and all the stuff you expect from a house, but this isn't your normal new build house… it's an architect-designed, super flexible, Urban Splash built hoUSe.

Not only is our hoUSe 25% bigger than the typical new build, we also allow you to arrange that space exactly as you want it.hoUSe is a project we are incredibly excited about, and where better to have launched it than our very own creative cradle - Manchester, where you can now visit us at our new show hoUSe nearby in New Islington.

The cool bars and boutiques of the Northern Quarter are just a stroll away, and the City Centre with its bright lights and big shops just beyond that. Already home to exciting developments like Chips, with its own park and marina, and a new school opening its doors this year, we couldn't think of a more appropriate place to build our first hoUSe than New Islington.
